When registering for our Service, you agree to:

  • Update your information when necessary.

b. Content Submission

6. License to Apps

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use one copy of each App in object code form only on a device that you own or control. You may not attempt to derive the source code, reverse engineer, disassemble, or translate any part of the App. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer and its licensors.

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between you and Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer, not Apple.
  • Apple has no responsibility for the App, its content, or support services.
  • Any warranty-related claims should be directed to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer.
  • In case of a warranty failure, Apple may refund the purchase price, but has no further obligations.
  • Apple is not liable for any product liability claims or legal compliance issues related to the App.
  • Any intellectual property claims regarding the App will be handled solely by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer.
  • You must comply with third-party terms when using the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them if necessary.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • To cancel or modify a subscription, log in to your account and follow the instructions.
  • Virtual Items (e.g., virtual currency, in-app items) are available for purchase within the Service.
  • Virtual Items are licensed, not owned, and are non-transferable.
  • Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer reserves the right to modify, regulate, or remove Virtual Items at any time without notice.
  • You are responsible for all fees and taxes related to your purchases.
  • Prices for Virtual Items and other services may change at any time.

8. Payment Processors

All financial transactions in the Service are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of these third parties. Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer is not responsible for any issues arising from their services, including but not limited to payment failures, downtime, or security breaches.

9. Refund Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for any purchases, including Virtual Items.
  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
  • Unused Virtual Items, subscriptions, or other digital content are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests should be directed to the relevant payment processor, where applicable.


10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. LIMITATION ON TYPES OF DAMAGES OF LIABILITY

FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ACCESS OR USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE LOSS OF USE OF THE SERVICE, INACCURATE RESULTS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES STEMMING FROM LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE, THE COST OF RECOVERING ANY DATA, THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DAMAGE TO COMPUTERS, SOFTWARE, MODEMS, TELEPHONES OR OTHER PROPERTY, EVEN IF Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer ’S LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT. THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIM HEREUNDER WILL NOT INCREASE THIS LIMIT.

11.Termination

Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer may terminate your access and use of the Service immediately at any time, for any reason, and at such time you will have no further right to use the Service. You may terminate your Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer account at any time by following the instructions available through the Service. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions relating to the protection and enforcement of Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer’s proprietary rights, your representations and warranties, disclaimer of representations and warranties, release and indemnities, limitations of liability and types of damages, ownership of data and information, governing law and venue, and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any such termination.

12. Proprietary Rights in Service Content and Activity Materials

All content available through the Service, including designs, text, images, information,and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Service Content”), are the proprietary property of Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer or its licensors. No Service Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods to obtain Service Content. As between you and Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer, all data, information and materials generated from your access and use of the educational activities made available on or through the Service, including translated content generated by you (collectively, the “Activity Materials”), shall be exclusively owned by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer, and you shall not have any right to use such Activity Materials except as expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions. Activity Materials will not include Translation Materials. By using the Service, you hereby assign to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer any and all rights, title and interest, including any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, in the Activity Materials. All rights of Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer or its licensors that are not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer and its licensors.

14. Promotion Code Terms

Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer Promotion Codes (each a “Promotional Code”) are made available by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer (either directly or through a partner) subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”). Each Promotional Code is made available in connection with a form of an auto-renewing periodic subscription (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).

The Promotional Code.

Each Promotional Code provides access to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer: A. at the price advertised; and B. beginning the moment that you confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Code by submitting valid payment details that are accepted by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer (the “Promotional Period”); and C. in some circumstances, subject to an overall limit of allowed redemptions of that Promotional Code. By submitting your payment details, you (i) confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Code advertised; (ii) accept and agree to these Promotional Code Terms; and (iii) acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility.

In order to be eligible for a Promotional Code, users must satisfy all of the following conditions (each an “Eligible User”): A. Unless you are subscribing to a Promotional Code that is advertised as available to current subscribers, you must not be a current subscriber. B. Provide Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer with a valid and current payment method that is approved by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer. C. Additional eligibility requirements (if any) as advertised from time-to-time in connection with a Promotional Code. Eligible Users may accept a Promotional Code once – previous users may not redeem the offer again.

Availability.

A Promotional Code must be accepted before the applicable expiration date advertised, if any. Except where prohibited by law, Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a Promotional Code at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honour subsequent Promotional Code enrollments.

Duration and cancellation.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the Promotional Period, you will automatically become a recurring subscriber and your Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer subscription will continue to automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term, unless you cancel before the end of the relevant subscription term pursuant to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer’s terms and conditions. The payment method you provided will automatically be charged for the then-current subscription price. If you cancel during the Promotional Period, you will lose access to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer and you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other Virtual Item, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

15. Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations and Agent for Notice

If you are a copyright owner and have a good faith belief that any material available through the Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing us with the following information in writing:

an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service;

your address, telephone number, and email address;

a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

16. Language

This agreement was originally written in English. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer and you concerning the subject matter hereof. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. A waiver by Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer or you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without condition. These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer and you, and Arslan Amin – Appslogie Developer’s and your respective successors and permitted assigns.
