To support these goals, we may collect the following types of personal information:

User Content:

  • Photos, videos, or other media
  • Metadata related to uploaded files

When you use the App, certain information about your device and user behavior may be processed automatically. This data is typically non-personal—meaning it does not directly identify you—and is usually accessed only in an aggregated form. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in enhancing the App and delivering the best possible user experience. Without access to this data, some features of the App may not function properly.

We also use third-party technologies (such as advertising and analytics tools) that automatically process specific data sent by your device. Some of these tools may engage in automated processing of personal data, including profiling. Profiling refers to any form of automated processing used to evaluate personal characteristics, such as your preferences, interests, behavior, location, or movements. This type of data processing begins automatically the first time you launch the App.

Device Information:

When you access our App using a mobile device, certain device-related information may be automatically reported by third-party tools (such as advertising and analytics SDKs). This includes device identifiers, which are small data files or similar structures stored on or linked to your device. These identifiers are used to uniquely recognize your mobile device (but not your identity) and enable third parties to deliver generalized reporting or personalized content and advertisements. These tools may use profiling to understand your behavior and usage patterns, including device type, OS version, model, screen specs, audio volume, battery status, performance, and responsiveness.

The following types of data may be processed:

  • Basic Information: Includes your device type, operating system and version, model and manufacturer, screen size, screen density, screen orientation, audio volume, battery level, battery life, app loading time, latency, framerate, and memory usage.
  • Internet Connection Details:  Includes your mobile carrier, network provider, network type (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data), IP address, session timestamps and durations, connection speed, and browser type.
  • Location-Related Data:  When you use our services, we do not collect your precise location through GPS or geo-location technologies. However, we may collect your IP address, which allows us to estimate your general location (such as city or region), but not your exact physical address. This helps us improve service quality and deliver region-relevant content and experiences
  • Other Identifiers:  Such as advertising IDs or custom user identifiers if needed.
  • Push Notifications: We may ask for your permission to send push notifications related to your account activity or specific features within the app. If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can disable them at any time through your device’s notification settings. This information is processed to enable us to deliver push notifications to users through our server or firebase.

These device information are primarily used to ensure the security and proper functioning of our application(s), support troubleshooting efforts, and assist with internal analytics and performance reporting.

App Activity:

We may collect information related to your use of the App, including the date of installation, connection to a smartwatch (if applicable), time zone, country, state, city, language preference, IP address, and the date of last use. We also record session duration, the name associated with the app user, your mobile carrier’s country, and the app’s free or premium status.

Additionally, we generate a unique user ID at the time of installation, which is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled. We may also track feature usage within the app to help improve functionality and user experience.

Analytics and Crash Reporting:

We receive analytics and crash data from our third-party service providers, including Google FirebaseGoogle Analytics for FirebaseFirebase CrashlyticsMeta Analytics, and App Promotion tools. These services help us understand user behavior, monitor app performance, and identify issues to improve stability and user experience.

  • Store small bits of data on your device
  • Help us understand how the app is being used

Each time you open or interact with the App, log data may be recorded automatically. This includes:

  • Time and date of access
  • Pages or screens visited
  • App actions and interactions

This information helps us monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve usability.

Profiling and Advertising Data:

When you use our App, advertisements may be displayed. To facilitate this, our advertising partners may integrate SDKs (as outlined below) which can collect certain data about you for the purpose of serving interest-based ads.

If you prefer not to receive personalized advertising or want to reset your advertising identifiers, you can do so by adjusting your device settings—usually found under “Privacy” or “Ads” in your device’s menu. If ads are shown within the App, the following may be collected:

  • Date and time the ad was displayed
  • Whether it was clicked or ignored
  • Ad format (image, video, etc.)
  • Placement location in the app
  • Whether the ad led to a conversion (purchase, install, etc.)

This data helps us track ad performance and optimize monetization strategies.

Note: If you opt out or reset your ad preferences, you may still see ads in the App; however, they will be generic and not tailored to your interests. This may result in a less personalized user experience.
